Shipping Area
We currently deliver to the following regions: US, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. We’re working to expand our delivery coverage as we find reliable logistics partners in new areas. If your location isn’t listed, please reach out to us at orders@makera.com for inquiries.
Shipping Fee
Carvera Air offers free shipping to non-remote areas. Additional shipping fees may apply for other regions.
The shipping fee at checkout includes customs and tax fees, so there are no extra charges. If additional fees are required for specific regions, such as remote areas in Canada or customs/tax handling in Japan, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Notice
For special shipping requests, contact Makera Support at orders@makera.com.
Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change the address after shipping, we cannot guarantee the update will take effect, and you may bear any risks or costs involved. Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase.
Makera is not responsible for delays or rejected deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal to receive, or wrong contact information.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to transportation systems).
- Confiscated or rejected shipments due to transportation regulation violations.
- Deliveries attempted on weekends or holidays, or in restricted-access areas (schools, gated communities).
Shipping Tracking
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a “view your order” link to track your shipment. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or add orders@makera.com to your safe list.
Inspection and Sign
Since Makera products are valuable, inspect your package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged, do not sign or open it. Instead, contact Makera Support.
Once the package is signed for, we assume acceptance of the product. To ensure your protection, we recommend recording the unboxing and checking all items according to the packing list. If there are any issues, contact Support within 24 hours.
Important Notes
- Once an order is placed, you cannot change the country, product quantity, category, or color. Changes to city, state, or ZIP code are also not allowed for orders paid via credit card, PayPal, or Affirm.
- Consignees are responsible for additional delivery charges for failed deliveries or rejected packages.
