1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Currently, we provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to PO boxes or APO.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME.

Order Processing Time is the time that elapses between when you place your order and when we hand over the order to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment, as our warehouse only operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours and takes normal holidays.
Orders made during weekends or holidays may experience longer delays. In these cases, we do our best to ensure shipment delays are minimal.

3. SHIPPING TIME & COSTS.

  • Note: All CNC machines are dispatched from US warehouses. Most other
    products are currently in stock in our US warehouse. Standard shipping rates and times are shown in the chart below.

    4. ORDER CANCELLATION:

    An order may be canceled until the order is shipped. For shipped orders, please contact us to arrange a return. For more information and support, check our Return Policy and email: orders@makera.com

    Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change the address after shipping, we cannot guarantee the update will take effect, and you may bear any risks or costs involved. Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase.
    Makera is not responsible for delays or rejected deliveries due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal to receive, or wrong contact information.
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to transportation systems).
    • Confiscated or rejected shipments due to transportation regulation violations.
    • Deliveries attempted on weekends or holidays, or in restricted-access areas (schools, gated communities).

    5. TRACKING PACKAGE:

    Items in order might be shipped in separate packages. An email with tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Please note: Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update and may take longer during weekends, events, or holidays.

    After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a “view your order” link to track the progress of your order. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and add orders@makera.com to your safe list.

    If you are unable to track your package, please contact us directly at orders@makera.com for assistance.


    6. DELIVERY TIME:

    Delivery time varies by location. You can check the tracking number through your carrier’s website for more information about your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours after the order is placed.

    7. TAX INFORMATION.

    • Items Shipping from Local Warehouses: No import duties or taxes are charged upon delivery. However, local taxes (such as GST or VAT) may apply at checkout as required by your region's regulations.
    • Items Shipping Directly from Factory: All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the total price you pay at checkout. You won't need to pay anything extra upon delivery – simply await your shipment.   (For dust collector import to HI, KA, extra tax may imply)
    • Rare Exceptions: In the unlikely event that customs require your direct involvement or payment, we will promptly notify you via email with instructions.

    8. INSPECTION AND SIGN

    Due to the high value of Makera products, please inspect your package for damage before signing for delivery. If damage is visible:
    • Do not sign or accept the delivery.
    • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging as evidence.
    • Contact Makera Support immediately with the photos.
    Providing photos helps us quickly understand the situation and resolve your claim efficiently with the shipping carrier.

    Once the package is signed for, we assume acceptance of the product has occurred. To ensure your protection, we recommend recording the unboxing and checking all items according to the packing list. If there are any issues, please contact Support within 24 hours.
